  • You must be in Ohio to receive care
  • We use a HIPAA compliant electronic health record Charm
  • Charm allows for virtual visits and electronic prescriptions
  • Insurance is billed through Headway
  • After work office hours and virtual appointments bring unique access to care!

Clinic Costs and Scheduling

Without Insurance

  • Initial appointment / one hour session: 225 dollars
  • Follow up / half hour session: 150 dollars
  • Your visit is likely eligible for flexible / health savings account reimbursement

Clinic Availability

  • 7am to 9am Monday Through Friday with some evening availability
  • Virtual appointments only
